Peter Goergen
Managing Director

Peter Goergen joined Concord Summit in March 2021 to lead the firm’s Denver office as its Managing Director. Prior to CSC, he ran acquisitions for East West Partners and served as EWP’s Aspen/Snowmass CFO. Goergen brings expertise structuring and executing complex real estate projects across asset classes with private equity firms, family offices, banks, & metro districts. Over his 14 years in real estate, he has financed or developed over $2B of commercial property. 

Goergen is an active member of ULI Colorado’s Resort, Entertainment, Tourism, & Leisure council and ULI’s national Real Estate & Technology council. He graduated with Distinction from the University of Virginia and later with Honors, receiving an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business. He and his wife Rebecca have one daughter Katharine, and they enjoy the Colorado lifestyle of getting smoked in trail races, watching 8-year-olds bomb past them on the slopes, and trying not to fall off their mountain bikes.
