• CSCap Investment Team - acquires distressed assets and non-performing loans from all banks and financial institutions across the nation. All such transactions are underwritten and funded by Summit Investment Management, who has been in business for 20 years.

• CSCap Fund Team - invests in commercial real estate debt and equity structures in transactions ranging from $2 million to $35 million.  All such transactions are underwritten and funded by Concord Summit Fund One, which was launched in the first quarter of 2021. Concord-Summit Fund One is a private fund founded and managed by Summit Investment Management and Concord Wilshire Companies.
