Justin Neelis brings over 17 years of expertise specializing in debt, structured finance and equity closing over $2 billion in total transactions volume over his career. Neelis specializes in construction and bridge financing for residential and mixed-use projects across the US. Prior to CSC, Neelis was part of the following organizations: Walker & Dunlop, Insite Group, Venetian Capital, and Comvest Investment Partners. Neelis is married to his wife, Wendy, and has three children. He attended Northwood University where he received a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Finance.
