Daniel Rafael Rojo

Daniel Rafael Rojo has led the underwriting, analysis, design, and execution of over $1.5 billion in financing and development for residential, commercial, mixed-use, and public-private partnership projects across the nation over fifteen years in real estate and the built environment.
Prior to joining CSC, Rojo oversaw development for CIM Group at Miami Worldcenter – the second largest real estate development in the nation. Previously, he was a Director at JLP+D, where he led analysis representing millions of square feet for clients from New York’s top developers to multiple of the Big Five tech firms.
Rojo is a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group. He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University – where he also served as an Adjunct Associate – and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Catholic University of America. When not analyzing real estate, you’ll find Rojo with his wife and two children or tending to his several dozen orchids.
