Daniel Bresnahan

Dan Bresnahan brings over 17 years of experience in real estate lending, underwriting, and asset management. Throughout his career he has closed over $4Bn in real estate construction loans and has purchased over $2.5bn of commercial real estate debt.  

Prior to joining Concord Summit Capital, Bresnahan was a Vice President in the Real Estate Structured Finance group at JPMorgan Chase, where he focused on structured finance opportunities. He also worked at US Bank and BMO Capital Markets focused on lending to REITs and real estate opportunity funds. Bresnahan is a graduate of Creighton University and received an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
