Analyst

Clark Israeli has underwritten over $1.75 billion in commercial real estate transactions across the nation, with particular expertise in multifamily and retail transactions.

Prior to joining Concord Summit Capital, he was a capital markets analyst at StoryBuilt responsible for the financial analysis of a multifamily and single-family home development portfolio. Prior, Israeli was an analyst at a Miami-based boutique investment sales brokerage, where he analyzed transactions in the multifamily, retail, and office sectors.

He holds a Masters of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida and a Bachelors of Business Administration in Real Estate from Florida International University. Israeli enjoys a host of outdoor sports, such as hiking, snowboarding, rock climbing, and mountain biking.
