About the Role
Concord Summit Capital is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Miami headquarters. This role is integral to the firm's advisory platform, supporting our senior deal team with underwriting, financial modeling, market research, and transaction execution across commercial real estate debt and equity mandates.
You will work directly alongside Managing Directors on active transactions ranging from $10 million to $300+ million, gaining unparalleled exposure to institutional capital markets and complex capital stack structures across all major asset classes.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed financial models for commercial real estate debt and equity transactions
- Prepare offering memoranda, executive summaries, and lender/investor presentations
- Conduct market research and comparable analysis to support underwriting and transaction positioning
- Assist in managing the due diligence process and coordinating with lenders, equity partners, and third-party professionals
- Track and maintain deal pipeline data, closing documents, and post-closing reporting
- Support senior team members in client communications and business development activities
- Research capital market conditions, lender appetite, and pricing data across debt and equity markets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, investment banking, or a related analytical role
- Strong financial modeling skills in Microsoft Excel; Argus experience a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow within a fast-paced, production-driven firm
- Florida Real Estate license a plus but not required
