Business Development

Concord Summit Capital is seeking experienced Business Development professionals to join our national capital markets platform. This is a producer-facing role built for serious CRE finance professionals who want institutional infrastructure, a compelling brand, and aligned economics behind their production.

You will be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing commercial real estate debt and equity transactions across your target market. You'll have full support from our advisory infrastructure — dedicated analysts, marketing, and capital relationships — so you can focus on what matters: closing deals.

We are currently hiring across Miami, New York, Dallas/Fort Worth, Denver, and Los Angeles.

• Source and originate new debt and equity advisory mandates from real estate sponsors, developers, and owners
• Structure and negotiate financing solutions across senior debt, mezzanine, preferred equity, and JV equity
• Build and maintain relationships with borrowers, equity sponsors, family offices, and institutional capital sources
• Lead transactions from engagement through closing with support from the firm's analyst and operations team
• Represent Concord Summit Capital at industry events, conferences, and in the marketplace
• Collaborate with leadership on platform strategy and regional market expansion

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate debt brokerage, investment banking, or capital markets advisory
• Proven track record of originating and closing CRE debt and/or equity transactions
• Established relationships with real estate sponsors, developers, lenders, or equity investors
• Deep understanding of capital stack structures, underwriting, and CRE finance fundamentals
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build and grow a regional book of business
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MRED, or relevant advanced degree a plus
• Active real estate license preferred
